The latest remortgage application was to help a client that is going through divorce.

🏡 Firstly, he needed to know what he could borrow in his sole name.

🏡 After agreement with the other party via solicitors it was finalised that their solution was for him to buy out his ex partner. He now needed to raise money on the house in order to pay his ex partner her share.

Where to start……

🏡 We confirmed what he could borrow on his current income 💵

🏡 He has a new fixed term contract with no payslip - just to complicate things ! Eek

✅Application still submitted!

A product transfer is changing your current product to a new product with your existing mortgage lender.

📈 After researching the market, changing the product but remaining with the same lender was recommended for this customer.

All completed in readiness for 2024!
