Last week, as part of UKREiiF 2026, we co-hosted a special roundtable to discuss and understand the current state of data centre construction.

UKREiiF was a great opportunity to speak with experts on the ground to gain insight into what we should be focusing on, separating the fact from the fiction.

What a great start to UKREiiF with some great discussion on energy infrastructure, as well as two drinks events across the city to toast to a week of strategy and action in the built environment.

It was a pleasure to co-host a roundtable session on the implementation and use of data centres in the UK and Ireland. Topics ranged from sovereign data, cloud services, and how centres can be incorporated into communities. Thank you to Fladgate LLP and Third Revolution Projects, and all attendees for their invaluable insight.

Thank you to Place North for having us as sponsors of their Drinks Reception, where we met lots of familiar faces as we mixed networking and conversation from the first day.
