Activity in Q4 is following the same pattern as the first three quarters, with a strong pipeline of sales and lettings instructions taking our Peterborough team through to the end of the year.

Gavin Hynes, Regional Managing Director, said: "Against a backdrop of little 'churn' in the market, there have been deals to be done and we are taking our fair share."
