The Enterprise Foundation provides affordable, flexible office space in vibrant, sustainable and supportive environments to nurture and support those with the vision, drive and enthusiasm to start or grow their own business. Our centres create the perfect environment for all start-ups enabling them to establish themselves, reduce their overheads and develop their own income streams, in a creative

and collaborative atmosphere. We provide ‘Enterprise Grants’ to qualifying start-ups, which will assist with initial rent over their first year of operation in Enterprise Foundation workspace. The success of the Enterprise Foundation is based on a genuine understanding of the real world challenges that face those looking to start their own business. Support is offered at every level through a combination of on-site mentors, regular workshops, training and networking events. Our centre managers and other members of staff employed by the Enterprise Foundation or our partners can help make people’s business dreams a reality. All have developed relationships with other local businesses, organisations, councils and financial institutions, enabling them to provide support and guidance for start-ups during those crucial first years.
