I’m delighted to announce that my business is now operating as SVB Financial Ltd, an Appointed Representative of ADNFC Financial Consultants Ltd.

Although the name has changed from SVB Mortgages to SVB Financial, the person and personal service behind the business remain exactly the same.

I genuinely wasn’t expecting this… 🥹🤍

One of my lovely clients surprised me with this beautiful personalised cake as a thank you for helping him purchase his home through the Right to Buy scheme.

It was such a thoughtful gesture, and seeing “Thank You Shiva” written on the cake honestly blew me away. 🏡✨

For me, this job has never been about simply arranging a mortgage. I become invested in my clients’ journeys, and there’s nothing better than seeing someone finally get the keys to a home they can call their own.

To know that my clients appreciate the care, time and effort I put into helping them means more than they probably realise.

And I have to say… I have some pretty amazing clients. ❤️
