‼️Rates are still very much up and down, my advice is don’t leave it until the last minute thinking they will come down!

Lots of lender updates this week which have so far been positive 🙌

Don’t forget it’s easy to look at the headline rates but these sometimes have hidden fees and just because it’s the cheapest rate doesn’t mean it’s the cheapest for you when fees are incorporated! This is where I can help to work out the best option for You and Your circumstances 😊

Back from holiday and some positive news 🤞

Don’t hold off reviewing rates are very much up and down at the moment… waiting for them to reduce does not always work out!

Some lenders are trimming rates after the Bank of England hinted about a drop in borrowing costs.
