The truth is, I can make more money through property development than I do through speaking or teaching.

But this work gives me something different.

It gives me the opportunity to help someone see a way forward when they feel stuck, whether that is financially, emotionally or in a business that is no longer working for them.

Property is part of what I do.

Helping people change their lives is why I do it.

That is the work that fulfils me.

I have spent years building businesses, investing in property and speaking to others.

But I still attend conferences, complete programmes and place myself in rooms where I can learn from people ahead of me.

I do not believe experience should make you harder to teach.

The more responsibility you carry, the more important it becomes to keep developing your thinking.

Sometimes you lead the room.

Sometimes you need to sit down, listen and become the student again.

Money can give you options, but it does not automatically give you fulfilment.

For me, fulfilment comes from helping people move away from suffering and towards a life with more choice, confidence and direction.

That is the purpose behind the work.
