💭 One thing I've learned from speaking with property investors...

The best opportunities don't always make the loudest noise.

They're often found before everyone else starts talking about them.

By the time a development is dominating headlines or social media, the best units have usually been reserved.

That's why I always encourage buyers to look at the fundamentals:

✔️ The location
✔️ The developer
✔️ Transport links
✔️ Local demand
✔️ The long-term vision for the area

These are the factors that matter long after the marketing campaign has ended.

I've been working with a number of developments recently, and it's interesting to see how quickly serious buyers move once they understand the bigger picture.
