Productive afternoon! 3 more cases progressed to offer stage 🙌

Not enjoying the rates that are being quoted at the moment but thankfully its not getting in the way of doing good business on viable projects!

If you are looking at your next property purchase, you would be wise to factor in BTL rates of 7.5% and now is not the time to be buying on passion. It's more important than ever to carry out detailed due diligence and remain cautious with your projected figures.

Pleased to have terms agreed on a mixed-use portfolio refinance totalling 11 properties and redeeming 3 existing lenders!

We have chosen to split the loan to ensure we achieve the best rate for the residential element of the portfolio.
