Pleased to have begun a formal application for a heavy refurbishment facility for one of our expat clients, who will be creating his first UK HMO and it is a whopping 10 bedrooms! 😃

We have also had a meeting with one of our term debt lenders to ensure they will accept a new to HMO landlord on such a substantial property. It took a little bit of work to get their full support but by sharing wider information about our clients experience and current position, the bank soon came round to our way of thinking!! 💁‍♀️

We are very much looking forward to supporting this and future projects.

Not enjoying the rates that are being quoted at the moment but thankfully its not getting in the way of doing good business on viable projects!

If you are looking at your next property purchase, you would be wise to factor in BTL rates of 7.5% and now is not the time to be buying on passion. It's more important than ever to carry out detailed due diligence and remain cautious with your projected figures.
