Our portfolio of insurance products is an extensive one, including Car Insurance, Home Insurance, Business Insurance, Travel Insurance, Motorcycle Insurance, Commercial Vehicle Insurance, Buy To Let Insurance and Taxi Insurance. But it doesnโt end there, with more specialist insurance policies in other fields.
We have vacancies for experienced staff to join our friendly teams at our Fylde Coast Branches.
The role involves:
Dealing with our customers face to face and over the phone
Handling new business enquiries, sales, mid-term adjustments and renewal terms
Securing new business opportunities
Growing existing business income through retention and cross-selling
Providing technical advice to ensure our customers insurance needs are met
Providing exceptional customer service at all times
Ideal candidates will have:
A working knowledge of General Insurance products
Strong communication skills and sales ability
Customer Service experience
Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience of using broker software systems such as CDL or SSP
Excellent written & communication skills

Trainees will be considered. If you wish to start a career with us you must have a strong admin background, be PC literate, self-motivated, with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Some experience in a customer facing/sales background would be advantageous. The training period is a minimum of 6 months.
We can offer a competitive basic salary plus a monthly bonus and an annual wage review. Salary linked to industry experience.
