This is what our microgreens do to a plate.

Fresh, colourful, and grown a few miles from where you are sitting. Whether it is a halloumi sandwich, a curry or a summer salad, a handful of microgreens lifts the whole thing.

Our fantastic customer boxes will be launching soon and can be collected fortnightly or monthly, collected fresh from our Urban Farm right here in Kirkcaldy.

We're humbled and genuinely proud to be featured in Vertical Farm Daily. 🌱

It's a good reminder of how far a small idea can travel - our little Urban Farm, tucked into a converted 1880s stable in Kirkcaldy and run entirely on wind, solar and rainwater, is now catching the attention of some genuinely respected voices in vertical farming.

As we said in the piece: "if we can do it here, we can do it anywhere." Big ambition, small footprint.

Meet the one that makes people's eyebrows go up.

Our radish microgreens have a proper peppery kick. A little pile on a sandwich, a taco or a bowl of noodles and suddenly the whole thing wakes up. Grown organically in our Kirkcaldy workshop, cut fresh, ready to eat.

Which of our seven would you try first? Sunflower, pea, radish, kale, broccoli calabrese, rocket or coriander?

What a weekend.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall at the Dunfermline Food and Drinks Festival, tried the greens, and signed up as a founding customer. The radish did its usual job of surprising people.

We are at the Dunfermline Food and Drinks Festival on Sunday 16th August.
