A thank you that means a great deal to us.

We recently received a lovely letter from Nicola, Andrew and Luke, thanking us for our support of Shear Aware. It was incredibly kind of them to take the time to write, but the real thanks should go to them.

What they have achieved through Shear Aware is truly remarkable. To take something so deeply personal and turn it into a campaign that brings people together, raises awareness and supports such important charities is an incredible thing.

The event was a wonderful tribute to the memories of Aaron, Hannah and Will, and a real testament to the strength, determination and generosity of everyone involved.

We couldn't be prouder to have supported Nicola, Andrew and Luke, and to stand alongside them in helping make a difference. Thank you for everything you do.

A special day at Junction 36 today! 🐑

We’re proud to be sponsoring the Rough Fell Tup Sale at Junction 36 Auction, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Rough Fell Sheep Breeders’ Association.

It’s a fantastic milestone with such a strong connection to our farming communities, and we’re pleased to support an event that brings breeders and farmers together.

The judging gets underway at 8.30am, with the sale starting at 11am.

Best of luck to everyone involved, and we hope to see plenty of familiar faces there!

When the unexpected happens, having the right support around you can make all the difference.

Back in 2017, a fire caused significant damage at Moor House Farm. Thankfully, things could have been much worse, but there was still a huge amount to deal with in the aftermath.

David recently caught up with Mark to talk about what happened and the support he received from both the Capstick team and the loss adjustor, throughout the claim.

Having that support meant the financial side of things was taken care of, giving the family one less thing to worry about and allowing them to concentrate on what really mattered: getting on with farming and rebuilding.

It’s a great example of why insurance is about more than simply having a policy in place. It’s about having people there when you need them most.

When you make a claim, it can feel like there are a lot of people involved.

But each person has an important role to play in helping get things resolved, and knowing who is there to support you can make the process feel a little easier.

David recently sat down with Mike, Managing Director at Claims Care Consultants, to talk about the role of a loss adjustor and how they work with insurers, brokers and customers throughout a claim.

What a great time we've had at the Westmorland County Show this week! ☀️

It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces, including customers we’ve had the pleasure of working with for many years, as well as lots of new faces coming along to say hello.

We really enjoyed catching up with everyone, having a chat and hearing what’s going on across the local community. Days like these are a great reminder of just how important those relationships are to us.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by and helped make it such a brilliant time. We’re already looking forward to seeing you all again at the next one!
