We were incredibly proud to be there today, surrounded by such a supportive community, all coming together for a truly important cause.

The atmosphere was amazing, and it was inspiring to see so many people getting behind the 24 Hour Shearathon in memory of Aaron, Hannah and Will. Every conversation, every donation and every show of support helps make a difference.

David recently sat down with Nicola to talk about Shear Aware, a campaign created in memory of three remarkable young people whose lives were cut far too short.

Aaron Bell tragically lost his life in July 2022 after the car he was a passenger in was involved in a crash. Hannah Brown lost her life to sepsis in 2021, and Will Pedley sadly passed away in 2025.

Shear Aware honours their memories, supporting charities such as Brake, The UK Sepsis Trust and PAPYRUS, raising awareness in the hope that no other family has to experience the same heartbreak.
