These photos are almost 3 years apart. The first one is from Nov 2017 & marks the start of a serious journey with The second is from around 1 week ago. The starting weight is 77kg & unbelievably the weight from this second checkin photo is also 77kg. Big difference in composition. Not only that, I’m now deep into a gaining phase & consuming a large amount of calories to say the least. Still a long way to go & im no longer concerned about putting on weight & some body fat. Quite simply with Pauls guidance I can strip it away again. I can’t thank Paul enough for pushing me & keeping me going. We’ve got the training & diet spot on & big plans for the future 💪🏾

Heaven or hell? I’m not really sure 🤷🏽‍♂️ My body’s telling me it’s been hell, my heads telling me heaven after nailing my first leg session of the week. I could quite easily have turned the alarm off & gone back to sleep this morning. But no, that wouldn’t get me to my goals in the long run so I pushed through & it’s done now. Loving this programme & it’s helping me find new limits

Rebuild in progress from this years photoshoot in June. The abs are definitely a thing of the past but got a big couple of years to dial everything in. As always will be the director of the show & I’ll give 100% as I always do. Being part of a great team & group of people is so important to a fitness journey. So this year has been completely unique with everybody’s plans, goals & daily routines thrown out of the window. However, you cannot allow these setbacks derail you. You have to adapt & make use of what you have. More importantly you have to have somebody on your side keeping you on track, motivated & accountable. That’s where has been worth his weight in gold. Great things can still happen with the right people behind you.
