At the heart of the S2J Jockey Seat is a 150mm progressively damped shock mitigation system, designed to help manage the forces transferred to the occupant in demanding conditions at sea. A 3-stage adjustable damper lets you configure the suspension for different occupant weights.

But the engineering goes beyond what's under the seat. Marine-grade anodised aluminium and 316 stainless steel provide a strong, durable structure, while hard-wearing Toughtec upholstery is designed to withstand the demands of the marine environment.

The S2J can also be configured with a full-height, low-height or wide backrest, allowing the seat to be tailored to different applications and requirements.

From the mechanism underneath to the materials and configuration above, every component has a purpose.
