Folks, just a reminder about using the link on our website for travel insurance, and if you need to speak to someone, the feedback about these guys has been very positive.

The danger with leaving things until the last minute and then hoping that we can sort you out is a risk as we are very busy with mortgages and life insurance business which must take priority, and to add into the mix, we might just be off on holiday ourselves!

Interest rates cut to 5% in a welcome boost to the mortgage market - how will lenders react in the coming days? Let's see what they do !

Crunch decision on the 1st August by the Bank Of England on interest rates. Willl they decide to stick or cut. At the moment it's a 50/50. If they do trim rates is likely to be by 0.25%.

Holiday season is well and truly upon us with so many booking last min trips in search of that elusive sunshine and heat.

Cancer affects so many people but did you know that MacMillan nurses also help other patients in need of support and not just those suffering from cancer?
We almost all know of someone in our family / friends circle that has or could benefit from their support so a donation to them just now seems very appropriate.

House insurance

Folks, October is an extremely busy month for house insurance renewals, this is due to a change in IPT back in Oct 2017.
We have an absolute abundance of renewals that we are working through as well as new walk-ins to deal with. This is on top of the mortgage and life insurance products that we are dealing with for our clients.

2) call into the office (a pre-arranged appointment is preferential to ensure we are not both already dealing with clients. A 2 min phone in advance can confirm availability.)

Your renewal documents are very useful so please have them to hand along with your renewal premium.

If you send a PM directly to Anne on FB there is a high chance it will be missed

If you send a WhatsApp to Anne or call her mobile, it could be missed - the office phone will always take priority!
