The inaugural event drew exceptional entries from businesses demonstrating remarkable growth, creativity, and impact within their sectors, so receiving an award is something that we are immensely proud of.

The entire team consistently work hard all year round to ensure all of our clients receive the best possible service whether that is when they take a policy out or renew, need to make a claim, or have questions they need answering. Personal service is always at the forefront of what we do and it’s great to receive this recognition.

Sufyan was just 16 years old when he walked through the doors of coversure keighley for his 1 week work experience, even then his passion and determination shone through.

Impressed by his attitude and potential, we offered him a role with the team. Fast forward today and we are thrilled to be celebrating his 21st birthday with him. Not only has Sufyan grown with us, he’s now our motor trade specialist within the branch. A testament to his hard work, expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Riot compensation

We’re deeply saddened by the recent events in many areas, and, in light of the unrest and rioting taking place in various parts of the UK, we want to protect our mutual customers by ensuring that we’re adhering to requirements under the Riot Compensation Act 2016 (RCA).

We’re aware that some customers’ operations may have been disrupted by the violence, and we want to do everything we can to make sure that claims are reported to insurers who will ensure that they’re fairly compensated for any loss of earnings.

Claims must be submitted within 42 days of the riot ending.

Please ensure that claims are reported as quickly as possible, adhering to the RCA time limit, and providing as much of the necessary supporting evidence as possible. In the event that this evidence isn’t immediately available, it can be submitted separately, but must be received by us within 91 days of us receiving notification of the claim.
