Welcome to Laura’s Letters. My name is Laura and I started the business after I had my beautiful daughter Freya. I really wanted to get a unique and special name plaque that didn’t cost a fortune. So I made it myself....... A year on and I'm very grateful to have such wonderful and loyal customers. Xx I now offer name plaques and lots of other wooden keepsake gifts. Everything from my popular personalised door plaques to customised Mr & Mrs plaques. There is really nothing I can't do, and I am always up for a challenge so it there is something in your mind please feel free to message me and we can work together to see what we can create. If you are struggling to pick a gift, why not opt for a gift voucher and let them choose themselves! These are my terms and conditions for my business that I ask all my customers to follow- 1) all items are to be paid on ordering, or prior to completion. 2) to place an order please private mail me with your order details, colour choice and your location. 3) I can only take orders whilst my book is, as I work part time I have limited spaces 4) as all orders are personalised and customer made to the customers choice items are non refundable. Only faulty items will be replaced or refunded. 5) gift vouchers will have a 1year validity and must be used prior to the last day. 6) gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash 7) all designs are my own work and i will not copy another crafters work, if there is something specific you have in mind we can creatively work out a design together. 8) payment can be made by PayPal, cash or bank transfer.
