Following the book launch, I wanted to share something that feels a little bit scary… but also really special to me.

From 19.05, the podcast episode around my chapter in Show Your Light Collective will be available.

My chapter, Stepping Out of My Shadows, is probably one of the most honest things I’ve ever written. It came from a moment of realising I was encouraging bravery and confidence in my children… while quietly holding myself back in so many ways.

Writing it felt incredibly vulnerable at times, and I definitely stepped outside of my comfort zone. But it also felt empowering in a way I wasn’t expecting - and I felt so supported by the amazing women around me throughout the process.

I talk about motherhood, Florence’s diagnosis, the pressures that life (and finances) can sometimes bring, and what it looked like for me to stop living quite so much on autopilot and start believing in myself a little more.

If you do listen, thank you. It feels a bit nerve-wracking sharing this side of myself - but I’m really glad I did 🤍
