BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND - WE'RE OPEN
We'll be delighted to welcome you to Number 30 over this coming Bank Holiday Weekend. We're open from 9am on Saturday and Monday, 10:30am on Sunday.

Its the Huntly Farmers' Market on Saturday, so lots to come and see in the Square and also inside Number 30. We've a packed week of films and live cinema - so something for everyone.

CAR BOOT SALE REMINDER - MONDAY 5th MAY - MARKET MUIR
Just a reminder that the car boot sale will be at the Market Muir on Bank Holiday Monday 5th May. Starting at 7am.

We are aware that there is also the carnival also in town at present and we're working together to make it an extra special event on the holiday Monday.

So plenty time to clear out your cupboards and sheds - there's money to be made.

We have Promo Tubing sessions available tomorrow afternoon. Saturday 3rd May at 1pm, 2 pm , 3pm and 4 pm.
Tickets are £3 a pop ( no concessions). We hope to be running this offer on the first Saturday of each month to coincide with Huntly farmers market. Under 16's need to wear a helmet on the slope. 🐝🐝 Introduction to Beekeeping Course with Moray Bee Keeping Association 🐝🐝

Greenmyres Eco Bothy, Huntly
Saturday 10th May 2025

This is a beginners’ course for anyone considering taking up beekeeping or simply wishing to learn more about honey bees.

Meeting at the Huntly Development Trust's Greenmyres Eco Bothy.

The day will start with a presentation then, after lunch, weather permitting, you will meet the bees. They will lend you a bee suit and gloves, show you the fascinating world inside a hive of bees and teach you the basics of handling them.

During the day you will learn about the life history of the honeybee and find out what is required to get you started as a beekeeper.

It costs £40 for the course and this includes refreshments during the day, a light sandwich lunch and the use of the protective clothing when you meet for the demonstrations in the apiary.
