Never too late to celebrate women in business 👏
Yesterday we had Jennifer Wood host a Social Media Visibility & Confidence Masterclass for our women recruitment partners, and it was such a great session. We had some really honest conversations about the reality of running your own business while also juggling family life, being a mum, and all the other responsibilities that come with it. Sometimes marketing and remembering to post on social media can easily slip into the background when you have so much going on, and it was reassuring to talk about that openly.
Jennifer reminded us that it does not have to be overwhelming. Showing up online, being visible and talking about what you do is such a valuable part of growing a business, and she gave us the push we all needed to keep going with our social media instead of putting it off.
She shared lots of helpful tips for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, including simple ways to boost visibility on each platform and some easy ideas to help build confidence when posting. It was really inspiring to hear from such a knowledgeable and supportive woman in marketing!!!
