💙 During Carers Week 2026, we were proud to support the millions of unpaid carers who make a difference every day.

This year's theme Building Carer Friendly Communities, highlighted the importance of creating supportive workplaces, organisations and communities where carers can thrive.

Wave Community Bank attended a Carers Week event hosted by University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, joining local partners to help raise awareness of the challenges carers face, including the impact on their health, finances and employment.

Carers make an invaluable contribution to families, communities and the wider economy. We were delighted to support this important campaign and continue our commitment to improving financial wellbeing and helping build stronger, more inclusive communities.

Citizens Advice is offering help for eligible low-income households who use heating oil as their main source of heating and are at risk of being unable to heat their home or access hot water.
