We all love an office dog!

Meet our Chief Wellbeing Officer, Luca. A firm favourite with clients, as well as staff, Luca provides essential wellbeing services through the need for walks and fuss - getting willing staff some fresh air and exercise, and supporting both physical and mental health.

As a trustee of Pets As Therapy , our Ops Manager, Helen, is very aware of the benefits having an office dog can bring to staff, and is really keen to encourage this.

Luca has been an essential part of the team since 2019 and is working on his agility and behaviour techniques.

We have already introduce a number of our team members, and now we thought we'd mention Helen,

Helen is a Director of Morrell Financial Management and started working alongside husband Andrew in 2021. Helen felt so passionately about the estate planning side of the business that she took this over in 2022 when she set up Morrell Will Services .

Helen is responsible for the day to day management of the business, looking after staff and keeping everyone on track. Helen is very much a people person, something that has been confirmed by the comments of many clients she has brilliant relationships with. Helen also completed a stint in stand up comedy and most definitely brings her humour to the office.

Helen loves to see clients in the office and has a knack for being able to offer the right support at the right time. Caring, compassionate and understanding, she is an all round 'good egg' - and definitely in the right job.

Providing bespoke and impartial advice, tailored to individual circumstances, remains top of Tom's list. He specialises in retirement planning, investment planning and personal protection.
