Exciting Property Deal in Dunstable, Bedfordshire! 🏡
I'm thrilled to announce my latest partnership on a fantastic project in Dunstable, Bedfordshire! ✨
While soaking up the Sicilian sun in January, I received a call about a new development of 10 flats. Seeing a golden opportunity, I jumped into action upon my return. 😉
I checked out the property, talked with the landlord about its potential, and thanks to my strong relationship with them through my rent-to-rent business, Homely Delight, they entrusted me with renting out this incredible block. 🤝
However, these flats didn't align with Homely Delight's strategy, so I reached out to an ideal client who specialises in managing blocks. After weeks of negotiations and snagging, I secured a rental income of £288,000 over 24 months for the landlord. 👏
This arrangement gives the landlord the convenience of working with a single, professional tenant, reducing maintenance and void concerns. Although the landlord had already instructed a local letting agent who had arranged traditional lets through AST agreements, I ensured we worked together. This enabled the agent to complete checks on my client, securing their commission while I also earned a fee. 💰
The landlord is delighted with this outcome, appreciating the simplicity and reliability of a single tenant, guaranteed rental income, and less hassle in managing multiple tenancies. 🙌
