Big news for First Time Buyers

Are you saving up for the deposit for a property? Home ownership might be closer than you think, with a major high street bank launching a new £5,000 deposit product available from Monday.

There will of course be criteria around this, and terms and conditions apply.

We will be getting more information regarding this product on Monday.

However, it's exciting news and a great incentive for first-time buyers. If you or anyone you know has been saving for a deposit and has £5,000 in place, you could potentially be looking to get on the property ladder.

Is a £5k Deposit mortgage right for me?

You may qualify if the following applies to you.

You are a first-time buyer with a deposit of at least £5,000.
You are aged 18 years or over.
The property you want to buy is worth between £102,000 and £300,000.

The property will be your only residence.
