Our construction client in Ware is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to:
Deal with correspondence & emails
Track orders
Liaise with external sales office
Prepare and send delivery notes and invoices to customers
Manage accounts up to trial balance
Book in deliveries with couriers for UK and overseas deliveries
Prepare documentation for couriers
Implement and maintain filing system
Other general duties as maybe required.

We are working hard to help our clients generate new business opportunities. Here's what we received today:

I just wanted to say thank you to you and especially Wendy for the hard work you are putting in on our behalf.

We’re having about half of the enquiries turn into immediate orders and hopefully that will increase as the clients finalise their plans.
It’s also a fantastic pipeline tool for us to follow up on for the actual cleaning contracts as everyone is impressed by the deep cleans we do.

So, I attended another webinar from Intuit Quick Books this morning which featured Mark Taylor, Lead Digital Relationship Manager with HMRC. It was interesting to note that HMRC are frequently updating their website regarding business and employee assistance as changes are literally being made on a daily basis. Once again, this was interesting and helpful so thank you again Intuit.

So, it's a very strange and worrying time we are all living in but by following advice and staying healthy and positive will see us through ...... eventually.
Although team members are not working at the moment, I am attending webinars and taking part in discussions to enable us to pick up again as soon as we are given the go ahead.
We will be here when you need us again.
