When two become one.. π΅πππ₯
Before, during, and after photos of a bathroom completed in Castlefields, Manchester π²ππ
Sam approached us after he'd seen some of our work on social media. He had two small, dated bathrooms, and he wanted to knock down the partition wall that was separating the two, to create one big bathroom - and what a transformation! π€©
Sam was a man who knew exactly what he wanted, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He'd designed the bathroom on his laptop, and with a few minor adjustments, this is how the end result looks now.π₯³
Because of the new size of the bathroom, we were able to comfortably fit both a bath and a walk-in shower.
We kept a 'service wall' along the entire back wall, which hides all waste pipe, pipework, and the concealed cistern for the toilet. It also allowed us to add a niche in the shower area for toiletries.
The basin sits on a large 800 mm wall hung unit, which provides fantastic storage in its draw below. And above is a gorgeous back lit, round mirror.
For more storage, we have added a wall hung storage unit in between the toilet and shower, making use of dead wall space.
Terracotta tiles being used on the floor and walls, mimicking the rich, earthy tones of clay, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to this bathroom.
Along with the bathroom renovation, we also replaced the old gravity fed cylinder with a new direct hot water cylinder, creating greater pressure for the new shower and the rest of the property πͺ π§ πΏ
