Hi everyone, just a quick post as I’ve been quiet for a while whilst I’ve been settling in. A fantastic opportunity at another firm came up and I am now part of the team over at Sterling Mortgage Advice alongside Matt and Nicola. Got a nice little surprise today, I was doing some ‘rate chasing’ (where I resource lenders products to see if any of my clients can be switched on to a better deal while their application is going through) and I’ve actually managed to save a couple a whopping £105 a month on their payments since I put their initial application in in February by rate chasing for them 3 times! Over the course of their 5 year fixed deal that’s a total of £6300 saved 🤯! Bank of England meet again next week so 🤞🏼 for another drop!

The Mortgage Centre is expanding!!!
We already have 2 successful branches, 1 in Haverhill and 1 in Mildenhall and along with Chris Smith I have been working in the back ground over the last few months to bring number 3 to fruition! A new ‘satellite’ branch under the trading name of ‘TMC Essex’ where Chris and I will be offering appointments not only on a face to face basis for those local to us but over the phone or on teams/zoom for those that aren’t (we’ve already helped clients situated in Harrow all the way up to Scotland and some places in between).
There will be a re jigged logo and a shiny new website to officially launch as soon as we’ve finalised everything 😃
