A throw back right here as I’ve been so busy and up to some extremely exciting new projects for 2020. Not to mention this year has been absolutely mental with progression also with that progression has come a s**t ton of stress and sleepless nights, but social media doesn’t see that side, but it’s important to recognise and acknowledge.

With the big general election coming around I thought it was key to identify some important points no matter the outcome. Currently our culture and society is full of opinions, ideas, lies and division for the purpose of financial gain or status of a few. We as a society are being manipulated, factual news is nearly impossible to find. We have a mob like mentality and always play the blame game on why something doesn’t pan out the way we wanted.
The right time to grow, develop, perfect, change, improve is never going to appear. The timing will never be right, you have to take that leap into the unknown, and uncomfortable to chase your dreams. It’s time to let go of having to be right and start thinking about what’s right. If we want change we have to change, our approach may change, our tools may change, our team may change. But the end goal never will.
The time to change is when you are ready to take that leap. You’ve got this 💪🏻!

It’s been a busy week, closed out of tattooed chef (TTCF) for a nice 40% bounce. Heavily researching the space tech stocks, and speaking to different journalists this week on my market outlook. So today marked another adventure I’m starting and that’s my helicopter 🚁 flying lessons. Today was lesson number 1, I’ll be sure to include the GoPro footage in one of my YouTube videos. I love learning new skills and putting myself out of my comfort zone, for someone who doesn’t really like heights it ticks ✅ the box haha. The idea of commuting in a chopper does make it all worth it!

So excited to announce that I have started my £1,000,000 trade floor project. It has been a busy 12 months for me, starting 3 new companies in the UK and managing one in Malaysia with a team on the ground their now. I wanted a building that will house not only all these growing businesses but my 200+ traders when we can go back to working in the office safely.
I will be releasing a video on YouTube tomorrow of my rather large vision with what ill be doing with my new HQ that I now fully own and completed on. Get in the comments of what you think I will be adding to this insane new office!

I have always been that kid that asked “WHY?”… I have always wanted to know why something cannot be done differently, or why someone has not attempted to do it. I have always tried to do things differently and do things my way. Not because I am always right, but If I am wrong I learn and grow along the journey. If you walk the path of those before you, then you will never truly learn for yourself. I always have done things my way, and yes they have not always worked but the journey and the process taught me so many important traits along the way.

I still think it's crazy that even now I have truly built everything I've envisioned and dedicated my time and energy to. My LFSA regulations are official and my office is nearly done on the top floor, and downstairs we are building the cinema, gym and steam rooms. It is nuts that I am even at the stage where I can build my ideal workplace and make it an amazing place for my staff to work.

Lesson: Never join the crowd it's really the easy way out and you will not grow. Go where the expectations and the demands to perform are high. You may struggle but ultimately you will learn valuable life lessons and grow into a better person.
