Press releases from MOAT HOMES are emerging for the development on the A20. I assume we will start to see people move in soon.

Tenacre Court.

We are pleased to have transformed three large, false oasts from office blocks into highly unique apartments for social rent.

The new development, Tenacre Court, is set in the heart of the rural village of Harrietsham, Kent. All 25 apartments will be let for social rent, bringing attractive, affordable housing to the area to meet local housing need. The homes will be let under a Local Lettings Plan, so families or individuals living in Harrietsham will be given priority when the Council nominates people for the apartments.

The building’s existing office blueprint has been reconfigured to create 25 apartments, consisting of nine one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom apartments, each with their own parking space. With features such as unusual circular windows, high ceilings and spacious rooms, the apartments are truly original.

Sarah Butler, Director of Development and Sales at Moat, said: “Tenacre Court is a collection of high-quality, truly unique affordable homes and we’re excited to see this project through to completion. It’s fantastic to be able to develop this rare building into apartments for social rent and we look forward to welcoming residents into their new homes.”
