Farewell for now – but we’ll see you again real soon we hope!

As a result of the UK Government accelerating its response to the Coronavirus outbreak in the UK, we have taken the decision to implement our Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Therefore, as of Tuesday 24th March all employees have been deployed to work at home to minimise social contact and avoid non-essential travel.

It will continue as business as usual for Voyager Insurance Services. However, we have temporarily suspended our social media channels so as to allow our staff to focus on directly servicing our customers during these unprecedented time.

Our telephone lines are temporarily operating on an outbound only call facility and we are asking all of our customers to email us in the first instance directly with their policy number and question or query to [email protected]

Our response times may be extended from the usual service levels, but rest assured we are doing our best and everyone who contacts us via email will receive a response as soon as possible.
