Our fees are as transparent as possible - for the Full Management Service we charge 8% for the first 2 years which will increase to 10%. There is an initial set up fee of £125.00 and, should we be required to find new tenants at a later date, it is reduced to £100. Landlords who either have an HMO property with us on 2 or more will be entitled to an reduced ongoing management rate. That's it. (Fees subject to VAT).

We have received a number of calls from Landlords who have found it difficult to sell their property due to the current housing market conditions, caused by the widely publicised 'credit crunch'. Landlords deciding to let as a result of this may already have incurred substantial cost so why not benefit from our fantastic offer of 8% for the first two years (standard rate 10%).
