JOIN OUR TEAM.
Due to continued growth, R Todd Insurance Services Ltd are currently looking to recruit Insurance personnel based at our Gorleston office, working full time on a permanent basis.
The roles will be within both our personal and commercial lines teams and would ideally suit persons who have experience in both sectors.
The duties will include new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and claims.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be confident at dealing with insurance customers face to face and over the telephone.
You will have a professional attitude and the ability to manage time and prioritise workload effectively in order to deliver within the required timescales.
Candidates must have excellent IT skills, the ability to use Microsoft packages, as well as strong attention to detail and a proven ability to work on own initiative.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is essential.
It would be an advantage to have experience of the Open GI or Acturis Software Systems but this is not essential as full training will be given.
