Job Title - Wealth Administrator
Gorleston, Great Yarmouth
Part-Time, Permanent

Job description – Part-Time Administrator to join our wealth department at our office in Gorleston.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients by telephone, email and post to book and prepare for annual review meetings.
- Updating client and policy records accurately and thoroughly
- Producing various reports based on client data, ready for client-adviser meetings.
- Keeping the annual review database and back-office system up to date.
- Effectively time-managing advisers’ diaries when arranging client meetings.

The Ideal Candidate will have.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A friendly and helpful manner.
- A willingness to learn.
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Be computer literate.
- Be flexible with the ability to prioritise.
- An understanding of pensions and investments would be advantageous but not essential.

Working hours – 2-3 days (to be agreed upon start date, negotiable for the right candidate)
