So today the Bank of England base rate increase the rate to 4%
this is to curb inflation !

Great news is that interest rates with the lenders are still reducing, as the swap rates fall, the swap rates are the rates that lenders lend to each other, which is what the interest rates that we pay is based on. 

Feeling very positive about the rates for mortgages right now feel that they will be coming down and although we might not see the all-time low rates that we have in the past, we should still be able to access lower than what are currently on offer 👍😊😘

Fantastic news. Many lenders reduce their rates today and now we have quite a few lenders offering rates of under 5%. This is the first time for some months ###

I think we will still see further reductions going into the New Year. I will keep you all posted. 🥳🥳🥳🥳
