Another mortgage agreed in principle today.

These clients had been to several brokers and been told they wouldn't be able to get a mortgage for another 2 years and so would loose out on the chance to buy their council house

It wasn't an easy one to place with it being a right to buy, mother and son, in a DMP (debt management plan) with a recent APs (arrangement to pays) showing on their credit files and no deposit of their own.

Agreed this morning and a full application on its way into the lender. My 20+ years of experience means I know which lenders will be able to help my clients.

Mortgage just agreed in principle

Very excited clients had an offer accepted on their first home in the UK together. Both have recently come out of an IVA so they didn't think they would be able to get a 95% mortgage, but I have got them just that.

They're now getting all of their paperwork together and instructing their solicitors.

Both are over the moon and it was the best kind of call to be able to make on a Friday.

So happy to get this one over the line for my client.

A Buy to Let property with the dreaded 'cladding issues' which meant he had been unable to secure another fixed rate for over 2 years and had all but given up.

I managed to find a lender to take a view and offer him a 2 year fixed to reduce the monthly mortgage payments and give him some financial stability 👊
