Clear FS have successfully arranged a bridging loan for the purchase of land (with planning permission) in Kent.⁣
⁣
Despite the tightest of deadlines, due to his previous broker not being able to secure financing, we stepped in at a late moment and was able to arrange the loan and meet auction requirements. ⁣
