Hitting the Turbo trainer, Sufferfest, Zwift, Trainer Road, GCN? Remember that a dry l**e is better and if you have time, apply a wax. Pain caves can be dusty areas, so treat your drive train like it's summer and save a few Watts. Happy riding 🚴
