Kirsty Wallace - Director

My property journey started over 10 years ago, working for a local estate agent. I then went on to manage a network of 150 agents in the North East, for the largest auction house in the UK, where I was personally responsible for 1500 sales within the North East and managed over £200,000,000 worth of transactions within my team.

Since the age of 21 I have successfully purchased a number of properties to renovate and sell, providing me with a healthy additional income. The profit from these has enabled me to build a
property portfolio expanding into the serviced accommodation business.

More recently over the last three years, I have been able to source over 100 properties for clients all over the UK working with numerous different property strategies.

All my spare time is spent with my son and my partner Terry. We love to travel, go for walks, and visit new restaurants.

Meet the Team

Jordan Beeley - Director

My interest in property started from an early age, being the son of an architect, I grew up in and around many projects throughout my childhood, this then led me to complete a Building Surveying
degree at Northumbria University which enabled me to further my interest and knowledge of property.

I have now been in estate agency for some 12 years, working for both corporate and independent firms, where I have covered a variation of roles from Valuer to Branch Manager across the North East including areas such as Newcastle, Gosforth, Heaton, Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, Gateshead and Durham to name a few. I am now a partner with John in our leading estate agency firm which we run successfully alongside Mitchell Beeley Wallace.

Prior to that I have worked for surveying firms and mortgage lenders, giving me well-rounded experience within the property industry.

In my spare time I would love to say I have many interesting hobbies however I’m afraid to say its just property related, I love renovation where I have a full hands-on approach being a keen DIY
enthusiast, which has helped me to complete a successful catalogue of flips, BRR projects and BTL’s into my portfolio.

Meet the Team

John Mitchell - Director

My interest in property began at an early age. Initially I assisted a friend working in the agency with the IT side of completing floor plans. Whilst at University I progressed to having a summer job as a part-time accompanied viewer.

Although my intention was to move to London, I soon became passionate about working within estate agency and stayed in the Northeast. Initially I was employed by a large corporate agent and after progressing through the ranks, together with Jordan, we began running their head office branch.

Seeking a new challenge, for the next three years I worked for a city centre agent in Newcastle. Here I gained experience selling city centre apartments, dealing with clients and developers with large property portfolios and increasing my knowledge of properties and the market within Newcastle and surrounding areas.

I then left my city centre role to focus on growing our family run estate agency, taking the business from a small hybrid agent to becoming a leading agent in Derwent Valley and expanding it across the whole of the North East, gaining nationally recognised awards in the process.

Over the years whilst working in property industry I have built on a personal property portfolio consisting of high yielding BTL’s, the first of which I bought at the age of 18, to more recently venturing into serviced accommodation and R2R models.

In my spare time I am a bit of a foodie and having lived in the Ouseburn for many years, this is my go-to place. I enjoy surfing off Longsands beach and I have a sad obsession with Newcastle United. You will always find me in the Gallowgate end of St James Park for home games.

Welcome to our new venture... Mitchell, Beeley & Wallace!

Having established a working relationship of over 10 years, we have decided to join forces to offer a new range of services in property sourcing, refurbishment, resale and rental.

Individually, we each have our own existing property portfolios across the North East, giving us first hand experience in many property business models, such as - Buy to Let, Short Term Rental, Rent to Rent, Buy Renovate Refinance and a catalogue of successful flips.

Between us we have previously worked in property auction and still do in Estate Agency, so have the unique ability to offer clients deals before they go to market, as well as utilising our long standing relationships with other agencies across the region.

We are always identifying deals within the market and have done successfully for many friends and family over the years, however more recently for some close clients. We would love to do the same for you and help start your property investment journey or help build your existing property portfolio.
