With lenders mortgage interest rates continuing to rise, those who are coming towards the end of their fixed rate incentive may want to assess their options, as the majority of homeowners will be paying a higher monthly premium once they come to renew.

Why use a broker?

We have access to the whole of the market, which include deals that only brokers are able to access.

We are fees free for house purchases, remortgages and buy-to-let mortgages.

We check the market regularly, meaning we are able to shop around to find cheaper products for our clients.

For example, I have had a client recently who’s fixed rate was coming to an end in March 2023.

They contacted us in September where I applied for a product switch at 5.14% (5yr fix), to start in March 2023

In January, a different lender had a product for 4.59%, I was able to apply for this rate and cancel the original one with their current lender. Meaning the client would be paying a lower monthly premium.
