These days hold on for us to finally give a new paint to the outside of this house, which weather has not been kind to us in these couple of years. So, before water, mould penetrates inside the building, we decided to paint it with a quality paint and are hoping that paying the premium for this product, it will last for some time 🙏. We purchased this property back in 2017, so 8 years later to paint it again, it's not a bad ROI.

Our electrician professional work. Very neat and tidy so doesn't affect the domestic side of the house inside. Electrician didn't have to drill on the walls just taken the green and yellow cable to the loft and outside to the walls.

Gas engineer informed us that the boiler needs to have gas bonding with the gas meter for safety reasons. We don't know all the deets but we have a team that looks after us by being safe and within the regulations. To protect our customers too.

A whole new roof in another of our properties, ready before the winter months come.
It all started by the gutter cleaning company doing their services; gutter, soffits etc and finding out that in the corner was a problem and so needed to get our roofer so he could inspect it thoroughly. Only to find out that the membrane and battens were all perished. Therefore, we decided to take action before water got in the loft and just a bigger problem rose.

What would you have done? 😊

We work hard to make sure that we are on top of any repairs and so the matter doesn't get bigger and costly. It makes us happy when things are sorted 🎇🎉🥳. Thanks for watching!

Does anybody have a nice, clean 3 bed house or flat available in the area of Hampshire for a lovey lady with 2 kids?

She is trying to start a new chapter in her life and the government is guaranteed the rent and deposit. We've just got a property coming available this early Oct and she enquiry our advert, but very sadly, I cannot accept her due to our Mortgage Terms and conditions 😪.

I would like to find a great landlord that could accept her and potentially do not have a mortgage on the property.
I had experienced this process with previous properties and customers (tenant) and can truly say that the local council will pay to the penny on a monthly basis. It is more guaranteed that anything else. The rent can go into your account instead of the customer (tenant).

A few weeks ago now, our customers informed us that they didn't have cold water in the bath tap. I contacted Carlos from SCD Plumbing - Plumbers Bournemouth and Carlos was so understanding and caring, he managed to put us in the 3pm-4pm slot, the same day, for the professional plumber to check the problem. We had a message that he also was on his way, great systemisation. Enabling me to inform our customers. On arrival and problem found, Carlos rang me and explained the issue with the cost involved. This helped me to decide straightaway and have the matter resolved.
I cannot recommend Carlos and his team enough for their wonderful services and businesses. Everything feels in order and at very professional level.
