Saturday cadet/junior class 4 years to 12 years 10 am to 11am £25 a month standing order. Working on basic karate technique, body strengthening, listening skills and making karate buddies. Saturday 11am to 11.30am - 30 minute cadet/junior kickboxing class £4 pay as you go or £10 for both classes (cadet class & sparring.) Working on pad work or supervised sparring (must have full safety kit to
participate in semi- contact fighting, no kit required for pad work training)
Saturday 11.30am to 12.30pm - Junior class intermediate £7 per hourly class - Advanced junior grades (blue and above) & over 14 years £7 or £25 a month
Saturday 12.30pm to 1.15pm - senior/advanced sparring (must have full semi contact fighting kit.) Supervised sparring working on technique and fighting skills. Students must be part of the karate club to join this class £7 or £10 for advanced juniors and fighting class
Monday 6pm to 7pm (special parent/child class only £6 per session.) Train with your child in a family, friendly class (class is split into different groups half way through hour.) Monday 7pm to 8pm Kata Class - £7 per class or £25 a month standing order. (Ages 7 years to 14 years) £7 or £25 per month
Wednesday 7.15pm to 8.15pm Senior/Advanced class (over blue belts) £7 or £25 a month
All hourly classes £7 per hour or £25 a month standing order. Train as often as you wish including our semi contact fighting class for £50 a month or family £80 per month.
£15 annual licence and insurance payable after one month of training (includes annual club membership/licence book and member to member insurance), 2 members same family £25, 3 or more same family £30. We also teach in after school clubs around Gloucestershire. Karate suits are £28 new or may be obtained second hand for as little as £5. We want to encourage KARATE4ALL as a family friendly, affordable, activity that doesn't sting the bank balance.
