As production increases, so does the need for tighter control over quality and consistency. This kind of investment is about making sure the product holds up as volumes grow.

We look at how the equipment fits into the business, how it will be used day to day, and whether it genuinely adds value. We can then make a decision in-house without relying on generic credit processes.

2 x 40HL fermentation vessels delivered to Hackney Church.

Extra capacity was needed as they move into the new site and build things out. We’d spoken about it early, so we could line it up and deliver at the right time without holding anything up.

2 x 50HL delivered.

Driven by increased demand for contract production, this was about adding capacity in a way that worked for the brewery, not around it. Having worked together before, everything moved smoothly from planning through to install.

A good example of what we aim for at Ninkasi, capacity that fits, processes that don’t get in the way, and projects that keep moving.

A new 30BBL now sitting proudly at Beak Brewery.

These projects are never just about dropping off a tank, they’re about timing, access, space, and making sure everything works for the brewery on the day. Always a collaborative process, and this one was no different.

Good to see it in place and ready to go.

A bit of BeerX preparation.

We’ll be in Liverpool for SIBA BeerX on 18th - 19th March, getting ready to spend a couple of days talking tanks, finance and everything in between.
