Next month With Jack is sitting down with mediator, Nigel, to learn about resolving client conflicts without legal intervention.

Mediation is the process of confronting issues that are dividing you and your client and (more often than not) leads to a successful outcome without hiring lawyers. Despite this, it still seems to be a bit of a taboo for freelancers and I think that's because we don't know enough about it. This is why we’ve asked Nigel to sit down and chat with us about the process.
