FIRST HOME FUND

The First Home Fund is a newly created, £150 million shared equity pilot scheme that will provide first-time buyers with up to £25,000 to help them buy a property that meets their needs and is located in the area where they want to live.

I have noticed that there hasn’t been any advertisement of the ‘First Home Fund’, probably because it is only available to first time buyers in Scotland. I am planning a live call over the next few days so if you would like to know more about this then please drop me a message.

I have provided a few points below to give you some information:

* First time buyers in Scotland only
* £25,000 to assist with deposit, this will be added to your own 5% deposit
* No repayment of this grant required until you sell property
* Available for new build and existing properties
* No restrictions on the value of property you want to purchase

I think this is a great opportunity for those looking to purchase their first home.
