What a laugh 🤣

- Joiner moved in with toothbrush ans blow up bed
- Filled my new fridge with beers and food
- Using my new microwave and a gas hob
- Doing the skirtings blind by the looks of it
- Flooring with no underlay
- Only acceptable part is the bathroom and maybe kitchen.

Wouldn't mind living there if job kicked on and was good but over 2 weeks and thats the shambles thay was left...

Mental.

Our latest purchase complete yesterday on a 2 bed end terrace in edinburgh 🏡

happy with this one, but A LOT to get done.
-House clearance and full rip out including that monster of a garden.
-New windows throughout.
-Rewire/new board
-Full new heating system
-Bathroom
-Kitchen
-Doors
-Plaster Ceilings and maybe the walls
-Flooring
-Paint
-Furnishing
+extras I've overlooked 😂

A lot of work but a good asset in a solid location so the plan is to keep this one.

-Flip complete and ready for handover to offmarket buyer.
-About to complete on 1st serviced accommodation in Edinburgh.
-Still looking to buy anything for a flip or SA.
