Yesterday was good day for us in property as we concluded on a three bedroom off market flat in Greenock with a secret hidden room (A story for another day) ! ..

The foundations of that deal were built on the relationships we formed from within our team and partners at scottish property solutions, Our network and then with the Seller ..

But despite the line ..

“measurements are approximate” ..

We do tend to take floor plans as gospel but misinterpretations and inaccuracies do happen from time to time ..

We learned from our mistakes and bought this great little messurement tool from amazon for £20 ..

Great Return On Investment .. 🤍🙏

The property isn't comoleted for a few weeks yet but the demand is there (Exciting) 👌 ..
