I can focus on what I do best, whilst exploring different marketing ideas with the Customer Journey Lead. They are always open to changes and don't get flustered when things go wrong. The customer is and will ultimately be their focus."

Many amongst us believe financial freedom is all about eliminating debt, which is partly true. But what does financial freedom mean personally to you? Every Individual has a different idea of what economical & financial security means. It can depend on everything from your age to your life experiences, needs and wants. As we start this journey, let’s see if any of these ideas resonate with you:

•Living well in the lack of a regular income stream or reliable alternative source for cashflow.
•Leaving stable employment and taking one you’ll love for less pay
•Being able to handle urgent need for cash
•Minimal credit card debt or reliance on credit for day-to-day needs
•Being able to plan for your child’s education needs ahead
•Owning your home rather than feeling like you are in debt to your bank
•Establishing investments that will sustain your long-term needs
•Being able to plan your ‘legacy’
•Planning a holiday when your needs (and your family’s) warrant it to be-so

Financial freedom to you could be a combination of some of these points, some hard-hitting some heart-felt. The bottom line is that financial freedom means you have options. It means you don’t have to be driven by your ability to afford or otherwise.

Finance underpins every aspect of our life in today’s society. Each one of us defines, plans and initiates our own unique journey through life. It is the decisions we make based on the information we consume that can make the difference between struggle or success. As we reflect on who we are as individuals, what role we want to play in society, and how we want to live our lives; finance is deeply influential every step of the way. With a growing gap between people that are privileged and the ones that aren’t, the common phrase of Financial Freedom opens the door for more questions than any other. Is Financial Freedom a Myth or Reality?

For some, this question will evoke deeper emotions than others based on where they are in their own personal journey. The reality of the situation is deeply connected to what our perception of the situation really is. For many, this could be positive or negative depending on what is happening right now. The difference between a positive and negative perception for most is like walking a tightrope. One wrong move can send us down the wrong path and not only affect our financial wellbeing but have a detrimental effect on every aspect of our lifestyle and what we want to get out of our life.

As we look deeper into the decisions we have made on our journey, the question remains; how much of our perception has been driven by knowledge? Depending on who we are and where we come from, the implications of what knowledge we have access too could have a drastic effect on our abilities to succeed.
