FUNDRAISING UPDATE

At the start of this year, we made a pledge to raise £80K for charity in 2022 - and we’re nearly there!

More than nine months in, we’ve raised almost £65,000 through sponsored cycles, charity walks, raffles and a whole host of other activities.

Thanks to everyone who has helped us so far. The money raised will be split between global refugee charities and local charities.

We’re incredibly proud to support AR26 Charity, Scotland and Liverpool star Andy Robertson’s charity.

Last month, we provided a van which will help the charity towards its goal of providing all young people access to training, support and job opportunities.

While the logo is pride of place on our office building, we realise that at the end of the day, it’s just a logo.

The Kelvin Smith brand is everything we do: our relationships with customers, our professionalism, our value, and our expertise.

Our business has grown since it launched in 1982, and that’s largely due to referrals from happy clients.

In our 40th year, we are working to meet a huge charity fundraising goal of £80,000.

Recently, we welcomed Morven on behalf of Glasgow Women's Aid who collected more than £2.5k for the charity, which was raised earlier in the year at the Kelvin Smith Ladies Lunch.

We are delighted that so many Glasgow charities will benefit from our fundraising, allowing them to continue their important work across the city.

Last month, we hosted a charity night with Mother India at the Number 10 Hotel - and what a night it was!

Through the raffle and ticket sales, our guests helped us to raise a phenomenal £12,790, which brings our total raised for charity this year to £63,042.

Thank you to everyone who attended and showed their support for our chosen charities, which are wonderful causes very close to our hearts.

We would also like to say a special thanks to our friends at Mother India for serving up an incredible meal, and the Number 10 Hotel for the first class hospitality.
