We’re delighted to welcome Thomas O’Ware to Channel Finance Group as our new Group Business Development Manager.

Thomas joins the business with a wealth of experience, bringing a strong commercial mindset alongside an impressive professional football career spanning more than 15 years. Having represented a number of senior clubs — captaining several throughout his career — Thomas understands leadership, resilience, teamwork, and performing under pressure at the highest level.

Alongside his playing career, Thomas also brings valuable leadership experience from his current role as Manager of Kelty Hearts FC, where his professionalism, drive, and ability to build winning environments have continued to stand out.

At Channel Finance Group, Thomas will focus on supporting SME businesses across the UK with tailored funding solutions, specialising in asset-based lending and invoice finance.
