From 6 April 2026, Business Relief no longer offers unlimited IHT exemption for larger estates. For business owners, private company shareholders and AIM investors, the landscape has fundamentally shifted.

The sooner you review your position, the more options you'll have. Read our latest article: https://www.nhllp.com/insights/articles/archive/article/2026/August/business-relief-25m-cap-what-business-owners-need-to-know

It's a delicate balance, and getting it wrong could be costly.
