Lenders are starting to react by cutting some of their rates down. Others may be slower to respond as is usually the case.

A new website and logo designed by yours truly. I aim to be a bit more active on social media going forwards, so expect to see a few more posts over time (but not too many, don't worry).

Not just a new face, but improved service too. I have invested in some automations that will ensure you are contacted at various points during your mortgage lifecycle along with a birthday and Christmas text directly from my mobile number every year.

Tech stack improvements have been the flavour of this last few months and more improvements are yet to come!

Important announcement to anyone struggling to meet their mortgage payments (or for anyone with a mortgage who needs some financial breathing space) in this cost of living crisis.

Please share this to anyone who needs to know.

Interest only payments for 6 months will help households keep up with mortgage payments, and the capital that hasn’t been paid within this period is added to the back end of the mortgage. Therefore, it is best to keep paying your mortgage as normal if you are able, but it is a measure you can take if necessary.

This will not affect your credit score.
